How to not get bored when doing resistance exercises?
I don't really get that bored when doing cardio exercises because I can just go outside and move around and stuff. But for resistance, your options seem kind of limited. All I can think of is pushups, curlups, lifting weights, etc...
Is there anything else I can do to build muscles that isn't so tedious?
Or is there something you do while lifting or pushups or whatever that makes it less boring?
Also, I'm pretty, for lack of better terms, weak and skinny. What are some efficient ways to look more built? (mainly the arms, and wrists)
If there are any Les Mills classes in your area Like Body Pump, try those. It is a weight lifting class with music and is very fun and motivating. I work out on my own as well now because I learned what I need to do in Body Pump.
