Are these good javelin/shotput throws for a freshman?

This is my first time doing track ever. It was the spring track season i never did winter.. Im a freshman. Are these good throws? i really plan to get much better by my senoir year i wanna throw 150 + for jav and 50+ for shot.. Im determined to lift hard but im just wondering if these are good throws
ide say its ok i got a friend in 7th grade he goes to state every year and he thows the jav 140+ every time hes only 13 so dude if you wanna go to state like him start workin your butt off my other friend is 14 and he throws the shotput between 40-50 feet average so work out dude also for the record if your buff ur a girl magnet
