everytime i hit for softball my hand swells up and its really painful?
i went to thje doctor and she just said to ice it everytime like i mean i cant just stop at practice to ice my hand. everyrtime i hit the top of my hand between the pointer finger and thumb swells up and its extremely painful what can i do?
i would make sure the grip on the bat is padded well and make sure you are wearing gloves.
If both of those are in check, then i would switch bats maybe the bat isnt much help.
If you have this same problem with different kinds of bats then maybe you need new gloves.
If you have this same problem with different gloves then.... im really not sure what to say lol.
Maybe you can get your doctor to write you a slip or something for practice whenever your hand swells up that you need to take a break and ice it. Thats what i would do.
