how do you hit a ball farther when playing baseball or inside a batting cage?
Any tips when swinging the bat?
Here is my advice to everyone who aks this question:
1) Make sure that your bat is the proper length and weight.
2) Keep your eyes on the ball at all times.
3) Go to the gym and work out.
4) Eat healthy (how you eat is how you play) (if you eat crap you will play like crap)
5) Use a Easton Stealth bat (even the cheap ones are great and off the charts compared to any other brand)
6) have confidence in yourself
7) give practice your all don't go soft
swing swing swing your bat a lot
9) have a positive mentallity at the plate(think I am going to rip this ball right up the middle)
10) Practice hitting at a net or wall or a field
