How do I housebreak a stubborn little Jug ?
We already have a perfect Boston Terrier who never has an accident in our house. He goes to the door, goes out, does his business, and comes right back in. We wanted to get him a friend so we got a Jug; she's four months old. She started out having accidents in the house, and we started taking her out many times a day and night. She usually does something when we take her out. However, we continue to find lots of pee'd up blankets and little puppy poops. We crate her at night, but she does her business in the cage also ! She has a clear bill of health from the vet so I don't think it's physical. I'm thinking about lessening her food and limiting her water. Any ideas ??
You got a jug from your friend and it has accidents?
I don't think an object can have accidents, perhaps you guys accidentally knock it over and thus it causes a mess?
Maybe the pee and poo is coming from the dog. I don't think jugs have bowel movements or urination issues.
Yeah you could try putting less water/food in the jug but maybe securing the lid will prevent it from spilling when you guys accidentally knock it over.
I'm not sure a jug has human emotions like being stubborn either.
